2 Principles of Gratitude Practice

Principles of Gratitude Practice

The Art of Allowing

There are times in life when your body hurts or your mind feels distressed. There are times when you worry about a heartbreak or breakup, your relationships with people deteriorate because of money, and there are times when your future looks bleak due to continued business failure.

There are times when you become so helpless that you can't do anything, you fall so low that you don't even know what to do, and it's so difficult that you want to die. Even if you are born with a silver spoon in your mouth, you must go through a difficult journey that others do not know about. Everyone learns and grows in life by overcoming difficult challenges.

In fact, every experience is a gift from ‘I AM’ and a choice made with the consent of my soul. However, the brain mind is not aware of this. The mind will do everything it can to find a way out of this experience.

If your mind is overloaded, you may give up on everything, but some people easily overcome difficult trials and try again. These people were able to get back on their feet because they had a grateful heart.

Everyone has a grateful heart. However, if you do not know the principle of gratitude and do not use it properly, you will end up wasting time and energy during difficult days. If you learn and practice the principle of gratitude, you can easily and simply get out of trouble.

Gratitude may seem simple, but it has more powerful effects than you might expect. Anyone who understands the meaning and principles of gratitude and practices it consistently will have an amazing experience.

2 Principles of Gratitude

Gratitude means full permission. Let's abbreviate this and call it gratitude permission. There are two methods of gratitude permission : gratitude purification and gratitude acceptance

First, gratitude purification means purifying all past and present experiences and memories with gratitude. Gratitude purification is recalling past memories stored within you, feeling them as they are, and letting them go.

When you purify past memories, energy that has been stagnant for a long time is also released and begins to flow again. As past memories and energy are released, the body and mind become lighter and become brighter again with our pure nature (myself as bright as the sun, called Hanna in Korean).

Positive past memories are a beneficial resource and do not need to be purified, but past memories that make us uncomfortable can be purified and let go with gratitude.

Second, gratitude acceptance is feeling and accepting the future memories you want to create. Future memories (visions, inspirations, ideas) are waiting to be realized in the realm of potential. There are countless possibilities within the potential of the future, but only by choosing and accepting what I want can it be realized in physical reality. Future memories enter the brain's neural network and become new thoughts and emotions, and become habits through repeated practice.

Gratitude is a permission technique and tool for purifying past memories and accepting future memories. Past memories need my permission to release from me. Likewise, future memories can only come into me if I allow them to. Permission means becoming the main character of my life as a sovereign creator, making my own choices and allowing myself to do so. Life unfolds as I allow it to unfold.
