From now on, we will carry out a project to repeat gratitude practice for 21 days. 21 days is enough time to completely embody gratitude practice. In order to practice every day for 21 days without missing a single day, you need to have strong motivation. 21-Day Gratitude Project Topic


In the 21-day gratitude project, you practice purifying your body and emotions with gratitude. You must first be purified before you can fill in a new vision for the future. After completing the 21-day project, the 200-day project will involve a full-scale purification and self-transformation process.


 The main topics of the 21-day gratitude project are as follows:

Securing a Physically Safe Space for the 21-Day Gratitude Project


 Find a quiet and cozy space of your own where you can let go and let go. Maintain the room temperature (18~22℃) and humidity at an appropriate level, and ventilate the room air with fresh air. Eliminate distractions (religious items, crystals, loud music, noise, strong aromas (scents), strong pictures, strong lights, and other tools).


Those who are sensitive to energy are advised to temporarily refrain from shopping, watching TV/movies, sexual abuse, drinking, or socializing with people during the Gratitude Project period. Before the Gratitude Practice, it is recommended to take a walk, get a massage, do yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditate, take a shower, or do gentle and enjoyable exercise and eat a light meal.


Things to check before starting the 21-day gratitude project


Before you begin a project, ask yourself three times if you really want to practice gratitude. While asking yourself three questions, feel if you really want to. As you ask and answer questions, your choice will become clearer. When you make a clear choice, energy moves.


Set aside 30 minutes a day to practice gratitude. Focus on practicing for 30 minutes in a space where no one will disturb you. Repeat the practice for 21 days. You will be able to master it in 21 days. After practicing, write down what you actually felt and experienced in a gratitude notebook. As you accumulate new feelings and experiences every day, you will fully understand the gratitude practice.
