The Principle of Self-Transformation
How much practice would it take to transform yourself into gratitude?
Once you understand the process of self-transformation, you will know how much you need to practice gratitude.
3 Seconds of awareness
At this very moment, within at least 3 seconds, you must consciously notice whether you are living in a past memory or a future memory. If you are replaying past memories over and over again, you must purify them with gratitude. You must be able to purify them as quickly as possible and shift your focus of consciousness to future memories. Gratitude begins with awareness. You must develop the power of awareness to look at yourself objectively.
15 Seconds of gratitude energy
Focus on gratitude for at least 15 seconds. The more you focus on gratitude, the more energy you will feel. Maintain a grateful mind with pleasant imagery for at least 15 seconds. When you are in a state of gratitude, your body will be comfortably relaxed and your mind will be bright. The energy of gratitude can be felt as various physical sensations such as light, heat, and shivers.
1 Minute gratitude
If you practice this every day, you will be able to stay in a state of gratitude for one minute. If you feel and focus on the energy of gratitude for one minute, you will be able to manifest what you want into physical reality.
30 Minutes of Gratitude Practice
If you practice for about 30 minutes every day, your gratitude practice will be stored in your short-term memory. If you consciously focus on it for more than 30 minutes, your gratitude practice will be classified as a memory with important meaning and stored. During sleep, your short-term memory is converted into long-term memory in your hippocampus.
21 Days of brain neural network formation
If you practice repeatedly for 21 days without missing a single day, the memory of the hippocampus will be transferred to the long-term memory of the cerebral cortex. New neurons responsible for long-term memory will be formed in the neural network of the brain, and the synaptic network will begin to rewire.
The seed of gratitude(neurons) is sprouting in the field of the mind. You must focus only on gratitude until it grows into a tree of gratitude. If you do not consciously give energy to the tree of gratitude, the tree of gratitude will not grow and will die due to the interference of the negative trees around it.
6 Months of habit formation
If you practice consistently for at least 200 days(about 6 months), a forest of trees of gratitude will form in your brain neural network. The forest of gratitude (neural network) means a new personality and new emotions. While repeating gratitude practice for 6 months, the habit of gratitude will also be programmed in your subconscious mind.
Once the habit of gratitude is formed, you will find yourself being grateful every moment without realizing it. Even in the midst of a busy life, even during a short break, you will always live with a grateful heart. While being grateful, you will be connected to the source, your energy will be recharged, and your mood will improve. Gratitude practice will restore lost joy. Joy is the nature of the soul and the divine essence. A life of joy begins from this point.
3 Years of new body formation
The transformation of the mind takes more than 6 months, but it takes about 7~11 years for all the cells in the body to change. In about 3 years, all the old cells that have made the body uncomfortable will be purified.
Gratitude means expanding into a new consciousness. The new consciousness must be expressed in new cells. It takes at least 3 years to create a new body with new cells.
