Why Gratitude Practice Doesn't Work
Why Gratitude Practice Doesn't Work
The reason why your wishes do not come true even if you practice gratitude diligently and consistently is because you are trying to practice gratitude only with your head without feeling it from your soul. If you force yourself to practice gratitude, it will not be interesting, fun, or enjoyable. If it is not accompanied by a pleasant feeling, you will soon give up. If you have feelings that resist gratitude practice, you should look inside yourself carefully. If there is a part of you that is resisting change, you should purify that aspect with gratitude as well.
Also, you need to look at your own belief system. If you don't have faith in gratitude practice, then naturally, passion won't arise. If you don't have a clear intention to change yourself and a positive belief that you can change, you will only accumulate doubts about gratitude practice. If you don't understand the principles and methods of gratitude practice well and vaguely practice it, you will easily fail. People whose neural networks of laziness are more dominant will have a weak will to make a great choice and practice gratitude practice that will change my life.
What if the negative belief system imprinted in the subconscious is not purified? Negative past memories stored in the subconscious are difficult to find and purify. Transparent and persistent memories unconsciously interfere with the practice of gratitude.
It may also be difficult for those who do not have clear images or imaginations that come to mind during gratitude practice. Especially if your inner reality is dark and full of negative memories, it may take a long time to purify your inner self. You must be able to accept future memories with gratitude while recalling them with a clear vision. If you only recall past memories and are obsessed with the past, thinking that someone else will create the future for you and waiting, you will only create time for waiting.
There is memory information imprinted in the energy of the human body and the energy field surrounding the outside. Although the energy field is invisible, it stores past karma, and if miasm is formed by that karma, it will interfere with the gratitude practice. Even the energy activated by the gratitude practice will be absorbed by the miasm of karma. If you are telepathically connected to another being, have spiritual obstacles such as channeling or possession, or if past karma remains unresolved, distortions can occur in the bioenergy field. If the flow of bioenergy is stagnant or the polarity is reversed and condensed, it can become miasm.
Sometimes, harmful waves such as water veins, electromagnetic waves, radiation, geoelectric currents, and Hartmann and curry lines from the living environment can disrupt the human body's energy, causing an imbalance in the bioenergy field. Those who have trouble practicing gratitude due to energy problems should seek help from a counselor who reads energy to identify the problem.
Gratitude practice is a powerful tool for achieving your dreams, visions, goals, and plans. Sometimes, when practicing gratitude, you may find yourself telling or revealing your dreams and goals to others. It may be more beneficial to not reveal them to others until they are completely achieved. Most people will cheer and support you, but some people may be jealous and envying you. You should be even more careful not to reveal them when you are expecting to achieve them soon.
The goals you set in gratitude practice should all be about you. I am the master of my own reality. Likewise, I cannot change the reality of others or the reality of the community through my own choices and efforts. If you set your gratitude practice goals incorrectly, you can also have difficulties. You should not practice gratitude by taking someone else's goals and pretending they are your own.
Take a deep breath and relax, focus on your chest for a moment, and feel. Feel if that goal is really the goal that your soul gave you. You should clearly distinguish between your own goals and the goals that your parents or family want. You should also exclude the goals of groups such as society, community, and country. The same goes for the goals for the earth, the universe, nature, and weather that we share.
The goal of trying to change or help others will not be easily achieved because the goal for others is not about yourself. For example, you may spend your whole life nagging and advising your spouse, but you will rarely change your spouse. You have to show them how you have changed so that they will change on their own.
Finally, there are cases where there are conflicting goals within oneself. It would be nice if the thoughts in one's head and the feelings in one's heart were in harmony, but if they are in conflict or in disharmony, all plans made in one's head will fall through. The human mind has realistic goals, and the soul in one's heart has ideal goals. If these goals are inconsistent, one will not be able to go on the right path, will experience failure and hardship, and will go astray.
Also, goals made in one's heart may conflict with each other. For example, if the goals 'I work hard to make a lot of money' and 'I live comfortably regardless of money' conflict within one's mind, one may be confused about which goal to achieve. You should modify the sentences of your gratitude declaration so that similar goals do not conflict with each other.
If you find yourself struggling to practice gratitude for no reason and feel stagnant, laugh out loud to get rid of the blocked energy. Gratitude and laughter are powerful. Laughter will help you feel better.
