How to Write a Thank You Note
1. Declaration of Gratitude
There are so many things to be thankful for that you can practice gratitude for your entire life without being able to do them all. You can repeatedly declare gratitude for your goals, or you can declare gratitude by feeling gratitude for small things in your daily life. It doesn’t matter what you are thankful for. The more you declare gratitude, the more grateful you will become. The more grateful you become, the more power you have to attract what you want.
Write down at least 3-5 things you are grateful for in a gratitude notebook. Feel and imagine vividly as if it were happening right here and now, and confidently declare the gratitude list out loud. Repeat the gratitude declaration 3 times. The gratitude declaration is a declaration method that involves imagination and feeling. The more you declare it, the better you will feel.
For example, if you wrote down a gratitude list such as, "I am grateful for having a lot of money," you would vividly imagine yourself feeling very happy and excited about having enough money and declare it in a clear, happy voice.
At first, the feeling will be weak, but if you repeat the declaration, the feeling will increase. Concentrate and declare again until your feelings about money are sufficiently satisfied. Even if you declare once, declare with all your heart and mind, raising your feelings to the maximum. The energy of gratitude will radiate and spread throughout the entire earth and universe. Energy always returns to the source. The energy I radiate will return to me. When it returns, it will bring information or opportunities that can help you make a lot of money.
2. Gratitude practice
If you practice the five basic exercises before practicing gratitude, you can practice gratitude effectively. The basic exercises are breathing, relaxation, laughter, grounding, and posture. If you do not practice the basic exercises well, it is difficult to create gratitude energy. You should repeat the basic exercises every day so that you can quickly switch to a state of gratitude. If you breathe deeply, relax, and laugh, you can easily create gratitude energy. If you ground yourself and maintain a good posture so that the energy does not come back, the degenerated neural circuits will be revived.
Gratitude practice is a practice to purify the body and mind and restore a life of joy. If you have a dream or goal, you can practice to realize your future memory. If you already know your own special meditation method, you can practice it that way. No matter what method you use, it is important to take time to purify and accept with gratitude.
If you don't have your own gratitude practice topic, practice by referring to the topics presented in this book. If you read the gratitude topics carefully and apply them one by one, you will experience tremendous changes within 6 months. The topics presented in this book are topics prepared for spiritual growth. While writing a gratitude note for 200 days, please read one gratitude topic every 1-3 days and purify yourself with gratitude.
3. Prayer of Thanksgiving
After completing the gratitude practice, I pray a prayer of thanks to my source. The prayer of thanks is a practice of connecting with my source. I receive the light of life from the source and purify my body and mind. You can also change the prayer of thanks in any way you want. It doesn't matter how you pray. As long as you are filled with gratitude energy, it's all good.

Now I am not afraid and I am not hesitant. I accept the life that has been given to me. I let go of all the relationships, emotions, and ideas that have been holding me back. I feel fear when I think of the person who tormented me. I cleanse the memories of that terrible time with gratitude. I am grateful to the person who tormented me and made me afraid. Thank you. Thank you. I take a deep breath and let go of that memory.
Although the anxiety and fear that still remain in me sometimes come up, I let them go with gratitude. I trust my source and try to live by sharing my love without fear.
