Practice saying thank yous!
Practice saying thank yous!
From now on, I will start the 21-day gratitude project. I will practice every day for 21 days, and if I miss even one day, I will start over from day 1.
Day 1 Gratitude Practice
Before doing the Step 1 gratitude exercise, do the breathing relaxation exercise.
Step 2: Write down a list of five things you are grateful for in your gratitude notebook and make a gratitude declaration.
After practicing the three-step gratitude topic, write down what you felt in a gratitude notebook.
We conclude our gratitude practice with a four-step prayer of thanksgiving.
☞ Steps 1, 2, and 4 are practiced repeatedly every day. From the second day of gratitude practice, only the topic of the third step of gratitude practice will be explained.
Step 1: Practice the basics
Before you begin your gratitude practice, choose and declare your clear intention to practice gratitude.
“I will start practicing gratitude from now on.”
Release stagnant energy and accept new energy by breathing consciously. Relax while noticing each part of your body from head to toe. Relax your entire body and enter a safe space.
Step 2 Declaration of Gratitude
Write down a list of five things you are grateful for in a gratitude notebook and declare your gratitude. Feel it as if it is happening right now.
Practice gratitude in 3 steps
Read and reflect on the topic of gratitude. Take the time to fully examine your inner self. Work to purify your memories and embrace your vision with gratitude.
Subject: Saying Thank You
If you are just starting out with gratitude practice, gratitude may not be familiar to you yet. Just as you need to start the car to start, this is a practice to start the gratitude practice. This is a practice to say 'thank you' repeatedly to create a habit of gratitude. This is a practice to say 'thank you' out loud 1,000 times.
The point of the exercise is that when you say "thank you," you should only think of gratitude and feel your mood improve. You should say "thank you" excitedly as if you had just heard some very good news and were in a good mood. You should feel what happens in your body while you practice. It will take about 30 minutes to an hour to say "thank you" 1,000 times.
It is better to practice saying gratitude while moving than sitting quietly. This is because you will find yourself expressing gratitude more often in your daily life. You can practice saying gratitude while cleaning, while driving, or at any time.
When you are faced with unmanageable conflicts, traumas, or stresses, you will find yourself thinking a lot. At such times, if you practice saying gratitude with excitement, your mind will become calm. Even when anxiety and fear come to mind, or when you feel anxious and worried, if you say thank you 1,000 times, your mind will become at ease.
You can practice saying gratitude as soon as you wake up in the morning, while you are cleaning, or while you are taking a shower. You should not allow other distracting thoughts to enter your mind, and only think, speak, and see gratitude. If you are excited about saying gratitude, you can start your day with a refreshing feeling.
Step 4: Gratitude Prayer
After completing the gratitude practice, cleanse your body and mind with the light of life while thanking the source. Practice steps 1, 2, and 4 repeatedly every day.
