Gratitude Becomes Easier When You Relax

Gratitude becomes easier when you relax

Busy daily life is a series of tensions. When your body and mind are tense, you will be far from a state of gratitude. For your health, you should relax your body and mind for a while and get enough rest. Gratitude can only be felt when you are in a state of relaxation. If you are not relaxed, you may be grateful for a moment, but it is easy to return to an uncomfortable state. If you are good at relaxing, it will be easier to be grateful. When you relax, the energy of gratitude will start to circulate.

Before you begin your gratitude practice, do some relaxation exercises with deep breathing.

Sit or stand upright. Take deep breaths in to your lower abdomen three times. Relax your entire body as you exhale. Keep the inner muscles that support your posture in a balanced state and tense, and consciously relax your outer muscles and the five viscera and six bowels inside your body. Relax while saying 'thank you' to your body and exhaling deeply.

If you repeat the relaxation exercise every day, you will feel as if your body becomes lighter, as if it no longer exists.

Examine your body from head to toe.
Consciously focus more on relaxing the tense areas.
Feel your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, shoulders, chest, abdomen, back, waist, hips, thighs, calves, feet, and the soles of your feet on the ground in that order.
Say
I appreciate you to each part of your body.
Smile and express gratitude with a joyful heart.
Repeatedly relax your jaw, neck, shoulders, diaphragm, and waist, which are chronically tense areas.

If you repeat the relaxation exercise for about a month, it will become easier to relax and you will be able to feel the deep taste of relaxation. As you become aware of how tense you have been living, you will gradually begin to break away from your tense life.

Relaxation is best achieved with the right posture. Good posture means maintaining the balance of the body regardless of what you do. There is no set rule that says you have to be in this posture, but the right posture is one that does not lose strength even when the body is relaxed. If you have the right posture, your breathing will become deeper and you will be able to relax better.

If you have trouble relaxing, you need to consume good water, salt, oil, vitamins and minerals, and practice grounding by getting in the sun and touching the ground. It is also important to avoid CTS (Conflict, Trauma, Stress), water veins, electromagnetic waves, and various environmental toxins that disturb the body and mind.

If you find it difficult to free yourself from tension, it might be a good idea to examine your life through energy reading counseling.
