 Practical Ways to Change Yourself


I have participated in various programs to change myself, applied them, and felt that I do not change easily. In the end, if I do not use them in my daily life, I will continue to repeat the same day as yesterday. I must make a decision with a great choice and create a new day. I can spend today that is different from yesterday and repeat tomorrow that is the same as today.


The only one who can change you is yourself. Even if there are difficulties that require you to trust yourself and your feelings, you must challenge yourself. If you trust the truth as much as you trust yourself, you will naturally find yourself changing.




Truth is a universal and undeniable principle. Truth is very simple, but it is perfect. The universal truth of love, light, and life is expressed as joy or peace. When you become one with the truth, you are happy, but when you move away from the truth, the joy disappears. Everyone seeks the truth and tries to live by the truth. This is because the truth is the best state to exist.


Long ago, for some reason, you chose to deviate from the truth and allowed yourself to drift away from the truth. Instead of staying in the truth, you wanted to experience a different state by departing from the truth. By denying and resisting the truth, you created an imbalanced state that was not the truth. By departing from the truth and creating an imbalanced energy state, you created pain, guilt, death, aging, and disease. You created the basic emotions of anger, sadness, worry, and fear, and as these emotions became more complexly mixed, you created depression, jealousy, anxiety, shame, and many other emotions.


Likewise, thoughts of deficiency and lack were added to create various thoughts and beliefs, including judgment and punishment. Unable to escape the energy matrix of these negative thoughts and emotions, we ended up living a life where negativity was repeated. The imbalance introduced to experience a state of no truth for a while did not go away, but became fixed.


It is not easy to return to the original state of divine and universal truth. No matter how hard you try, you will return to the way you were before. This is because the energy field that has been fixed for countless years is controlling your body and mind.


It may be easy to realize our true nature as Divine, but it takes a lot of effort to return to Divine. It is difficult because Divine and mind can easily fall into a state of disharmony. Only when the mind is in harmony with the universal truth should we follow the message of the heart. When the thoughts of the head or the feelings of the heart deviate from the universal truth, we should purify them with gratitude.


You should only choose what is in line with the universal truth and implement it by the positive realization principle. For example, if I have a thought of complaining to someone and get angry, I should consider whether this thought and feeling are in line with the universal truth. Of course, since it is not a universal truth, I should purify the complaint and anger and repeatedly practice gratitude to create a thought of gratitude and a feeling of love toward the object.


Emotions that are in line with universal truth are expressed as love, joy, peace, compassion, happiness, contentment, freedom, passion, and trust. We must discern the thoughts that arise in our mind based on emotions that are in line with truth.


If you harbor thoughts that are in accordance with the truth, a reality that is in accordance with the truth will be created and brought to you by the positive realization principle.
