Is unconditional gratitude possible?


Unconditional gratitude is not just being grateful for things that are good for you and make you feel good, but also being unconditionally grateful for the negative situations you face, your complaints, your grievances, people who make you suffer, your stressful work, situations that attack you, and everything else that frustrates and depresses you.


It is natural to be grateful for positive and satisfying things, for anything that brings joy and peace, but it may be a bit strange to be unconditionally grateful for the opposite. The Divine has allowed itself to experience the negative and dark aspects as contrasts. Therefore, the negative aspects must be integrated and become one in order to become complete. The negative aspects must be purified and purified again and again with gratitude until they become no longer a problem.


For example, if there is someone who makes me angry, I purify myself by saying 'thank you' to that person. I purify myself until I feel no emotion when I think of that person, and when I actually meet that person, I don't feel any emotion. Anger and hostility are not that person's problem, but my problem. When I purify the uncomfortable emotions in my heart, the other person will start to change miraculously, and eventually, I will be able to resolve the conflict.


I cleanse myself with gratitude over and over again until the discomfort inside me disappears and becomes brighter. Avoiding and resisting negative things does not help. The more you resist, the more negative energy grows.


The reason why we need to purify negative energy with gratitude is because energy works in a dualistic way. The energy that exists within me and around me moves and works as a reflection of my consciousness. When I am positive, it works positively, and when I am negative, it works negatively. The positive side attracts positive energy, and the negative side attracts negative energy.


I think I am only attracting positive energy, but in reality, my negative side also attracts negative energy. Because of the negative energy, instead of achieving what I want, I am creating the opposite, which ultimately makes me more miserable.




It is important to understand how energy works and to go beyond positivity and negativity. Be grateful for the situation as it unfolds, whether positive or negative. When positivity and negativity are integrated, the energy will appropriately attract what I want.


Unconditional gratitude practice may seem awkward at first, but it will become more and more fun. Be thankful not only for good things, but also for bad things. Let it flow without any hesitation. Unconditional gratitude practice is quite a difficult challenge. During the gratitude practice, your body and mind may temporarily feel difficult due to internal resistance. The purification process may be difficult, like a kind of manifesting reaction. You must make a firm will and choose clearly. You must decide to be thankful for all the negative things. You must never give up on gratitude practice. Even if it is difficult to be thankful for, you must be thankful without putting it off. The point of the practice is not to back down, not to yield, and not to give up.


You must understand the duality of consciousness and energy. If you support and choose only one side of energy, the other side of energy will resist you even more. Energy is inherently non-polar, but it is separated and polarized by consciousness. You must accept and appreciate both sides of energy that are separated by polarity.


My energy simply works as a reflection of my consciousness. Likewise, your energy works for you. If I allow the energy working for me inside and outside of me with gratitude, the speed of energy manifestation will gradually increase. Polarized energy will attract what it wants like a magnet. Likewise, the opposite energy that I do not want can also be attracted. Whatever energy is drawn, just let it flow without resistance.


Gratitude is a state where you let go of your attachment and resistance to energy and allow the energy to flow well. Whether it is positive or negative, as long as it flows well, there is no problem. Allow the energy to work for you through unconditional gratitude practice.
