Basic Practice of Gratitude

Basic Practice of  Gratitude

Correct posture → Relaxed breathing → Grounding → Smile →

Declaration of Gratitude → Practice of Gratitude → Prayer of Gratitude

Before practicing gratitude, get into the right posture. The right posture is the most comfortable posture while standing, walking, sitting, or acting, and does not strain the spine or neck. If your posture is bad, you will feel bad and it will interfere with your gratitude practice. If you cannot correct your posture on your own, it is recommended to get help from a professional.

Take the right posture and relax your entire body. Feel your body from head to toe and relax any tense areas. When you relax well, your breathing becomes deeper. Breathe deeply and fill your body with enough oxygen and energy. In the process of relaxing with deep breathing, lower your body's center to the ground and become grounded. When you become grounded, the flow of energy will be smooth and your body will feel refreshed and light. Create a pleasant state of gratitude with a bright smile or laugh.

After a few minutes of basic practice, we begin the gratitude practice for today's gratitude topic. You can do the gratitude practice while sitting, but it is more beneficial if you walk. Focus on the practice while aligning your thoughts, words, and emotions and feeling the energy of gratitude.

The first three days after starting gratitude practice are the most difficult. As the saying goes, “three days is the limit,” many people give up within three days. However, if you repeat gratitude practice for three days, you will have new interest and a desire to challenge yourself. If you repeat the practice without missing a single day for 21 days, it will be stored in the hippocampus, the memory device of the brain. From now on, you will naturally think of gratitude practice and practice it habitually.

If you practice consistently for at least 3 to 6 months, it will be stored in the long-term memory of the brain and you will unconsciously practice gratitude. The 21-day gratitude project is a process of installing a gratitude program in the brain neural network. You must practice repeatedly every day for 21 days.

If you miss even one day of practice, start over from day 1. 21 days is a period of creating new nerve cells, so you must give it your all. After 21 days, it will be stored in your memory and you will be able to practice comfortably for 6 months.

If you develop the habit of gratitude through gratitude practice, you will be able to live a successful life. You will no longer be sick or have trouble with interpersonal relationships like before. Your business will go well and you will be free from money worries. Your dreams will naturally come true.

Above all, you will meet good people, enjoy new relationships, and a happy life. I hope you will upgrade your life by accumulating good deeds through gratitude practice.
