5 Principles of Gratitude

5 Principles of Gratitude

The purpose of gratitude practice is to purify your body and mind and realize your vision for the future. To achieve the purpose of gratitude, you must know the principles of gratitude and practice according to the principles.

The human mind is focused only on physical reality, so it cannot see the universal truth of the universe. The universe and the providence of nature operate on universal truths that transcend the human mind. The universal truth is love, light, and life, and these exist as one, not separate. The human mind resists what it does not want and tries to accept only what it wants. However, the universe responds to the human creative consciousness and realizes everything, whether it is good or bad. In the higher dimensions, consciousness is immediately realized as reality, but in the third dimension, it is realized slowly. Therefore, there are many opportunities to change the focus of consciousness. The universal truth of the universe and the Positive Realization Principle (PMP) are also applied to gratitude practice.

I will explain the five principles of gratitude. If you practice gratitude according to these principles, no matter what your purpose is for practicing gratitude, your wishes will come true.

1. Unconditional and complete gratitude

The first principle is unconditional and complete gratitude. My self is made up of various aspects. My self can be broadly divided into bright and positive aspects and dark and negative aspects. Bright and positive aspects such as joy, love, happiness, peace, abundance, and health naturally flow with gratitude without any practice. For example, if you are healthy in body and mind and have plenty of money, it is very easy to be grateful for health and abundance. The more you appreciate the positive aspects, the more your gratitude energy will increase and the more positive aspects will expand.

Likewise, dark and negative aspects such as anger, sadness, fear, dissatisfaction, lack, and illness must be unconditionally appreciated. The negative aspects must be purified with gratitude and integrated into the positive aspects. When you accept the negative aspects that are split from your self and suppressed and hidden with gratitude, the pain and suffering will begin to heal. It takes a little courage and challenge to unconditionally accept and be grateful for all aspects of yourself. You must be able to appreciate the dark aspects of yourself that you cannot be grateful for in order to change yourself. You must integrate yourself through gratitude practice and develop complete trust and love for yourself.

2. Repetitive gratitude

The second principle is repetitive gratitude. You need to set your own gratitude routine and repeat gratitude practice every day to establish gratitude habits in your brain neural network. If you repeat gratitude, gratitude will permeate your lower conscious mind and reset your lower conscious mind. Your lower conscious mind has a default value set to maintain homeostasis. Based on this default value, it maintains physiological balance such as body temperature, pulse, pH, and oxygen level, and unconsciously controls everything in your life such as the intensity of laughter and expression, voice volume, monthly income, and weight. If you adjust the default value, you can upgrade to the state you want. You can change the settings of your lower conscious mind through gratitude practice. Only through repeated practice will a new brain neural network be laid in your lower conscious mind. The new neural network becomes a habit, and unconscious habits will change your life.

3. Conscious gratitude

The third principle is conscious gratitude. Gratitude practice must be done consciously. The focus of consciousness must be able to shift freely from the three-dimensional physical realm to the higher dimensions. We must be grateful not only for what we see, but also for our invisible inner self and higher self. Gratitude practice is a practice of expanding consciousness. When consciousness is fixed, energy does not flow and stagnates. When we can freely expand and shift consciousness, energy can flow freely.

4. Energetic gratitude

The fourth principle is energetic gratitude. Gratitude is like a spell that awakens and moves dormant energy. The more you practice gratitude, the more your energy should be amplified and filled. You must allow the energy inside you to radiate outward. If you do not feel the energy of light, heat, vibration, and emotion, gratitude will only be an echo in the air. You must practice gratitude while consciously drawing out as much potential energy as possible. The more your energy is strengthened through gratitude practice, the faster it will be realized in reality.

5. Spiritual gratitude

The fifth principle is spiritual gratitude. I am a conscious and spiritual being. The messages of the soul come not as thoughts of the head but as feelings of the heart. We must open our hearts and allow the soul to awaken. The mind, busy working in the head, cannot understand the heart. We must accept and follow the messages of the heart even if we do not understand them. The soul is the real creator and the main character of my life. The mind acts as the main character who controls the body and navigates the journey of life, but in reality, it is nothing more than an artificial intelligence-based biochemical computer operating on the basis of the brain neural network.

We must practice lowering our brain waves to turn off the mind through breathing and relaxation and enter the realm of the higher self. Only by turning off the noisy mind can we meet the higher self and receive wise inspiration. We must practice staying in a state of gratitude in a quiet space of silence.

The objects of gratitude practice are my body, mind, soul, and higher self. Other people and the external world are not objects of gratitude practice. It is not too late to be grateful to the external world after all my problems have been resolved. You can only obtain the effects of gratitude if you understand the principle of gratitude and practice it according to the principle.
